Katelin-VarnadoKatelin H. Varnado is an associate of the firm practicing in the Baton Rouge office. She represents clients in matters involving governmental entities, contract disputes, employment law, general liability, insurance coverage and defense, public bid disputes, and property disputes. Ms. Varnado has extensive experience litigating the enforceability of employment agreements and non-competition agreements.

Ms. Varnado received her B.S. in Business from Louisiana State University in 2010.  Thereafter she received her J.D./D.C.L from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2013.  Prior to joining Daigle Fisse and Kessenich, Ms. Varnado practiced at a regional litigation firm, focusing on corporate, commercial, and construction litigation and contract disputes regarding construction design, defect, delay, and payment.

Ms. Varnado is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts as well as the United States Eastern and Western District Courts of Louisiana.  She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and Baton Rouge Bar Association.
