Ethan Garner is an associate of the firm whose practice focuses on personal injury defense, maritime collisions and property damage claims arising out of maritime casualties. Mr. Garner also focuses on commercial litigation, contractual indemnity disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and defends clients against USGC and BSEE investigations. Mr. Garner received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami (FL), his law degree from Tulane University College of Law, and his MBA from Tulane’s Freeman School of Business. While at Tulane, he was a judicial extern for Justice Scott Crichton at the Louisiana State Supreme Court and for the Honorable Ivan Lemelle at the Eastern District Court of Louisiana. He also served as an Associate Director for Tulane’s Freeman School of Business’ Burkenroad Reports’ Program.
