The Baton Rouge Office of DF&K continues to hit the ball out of the park.
Our DF&K Baton Rouge Team, have secured two recent wins on State of Louisiana Office of Risk Management cases, having one dismissed on an exception of prematurity and the other on a motion for summary judgment. DF&K Baton Rouge has been rewarded for this great work with two new litigation assignments involving Louisiana State University. In one of those cases, we represent our esteemed Governor, John Bel Edwards.
