Daigle Fisse & Kessenich is pleased to announce that Sheri M. Morris (partner) and Thomas E. Devillier (senior associate) have joined the firm in our new Baton Rouge Office. Mrs. Morris has more than 25 years of experience representing public agencies, public employees, and public officials in federal and state court, at administrative hearings and before the Louisiana Legislature. Mrs. Morris earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University in 1988 and her J.D. from LSU Law Center in 1991.
Thomas Devillier recently joined the Baton Rouge Office allowing DFK to further expand its practice in governmental relations and legislative affairs. Mr. Devillier specializes in occupational and professional licensing, consumer protection against unfair trade practices and regulation of certain commercial industries including financial institutions, telecommunications, real estate and motor vehicles. Mr. Devillier received his Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University in 2005 and his J.D. from LSU Law Center in 2008. Daigle Fisse & Kessenich welcomes both Sheri Morris and Thomas Devillier to the firm.
