DFK Prevails on Summary Judgment Obtaining Dismissal of Plaintiff’s Asbestos Claims

Attorneys Mike McMahon and Trey Trapani defended a marine terminal client against claims brought by a plaintiff alleging asbestos exposure resulting in a wrongful death claim.
